Our stay at Cozumel Palace was an overall enjoyable experience, highlighted by great dining options and attentive service. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a lovely view of the ocean. However, the noise from the lobby bar and other areas occasionally disrupted our rest, and the decor in the dining spaces could use a more inviting touch. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we appreciated the value for money and the charm the resort offers.
